Ivo d’Aguiar is a Le Cordon Bleu Valedictorian, chef and entrepreneur recognized for creativity, technical mastery, innovation and leadership in the culinary world.
His approach combines refined technique with a desire to create food that feels original, intentional and memorable.
At ALMA, Ivo leads the culinary vision — developing menus, presentations and gastronomic experiences specifically for each event.

Co-Founder · Events & Experience
Diego Monso is an entrepreneur and event professional with more than a decade of experience creating and producing high-end experiences.
His background combines events, hospitality, business and marketing, with a strong understanding of guest experience, event flow, branding and production.
At ALMA, Diego focuses on connecting the culinary vision with the complete event experience — from concept and design to logistics, production and client hospitality.
